Initiated into Mu Omicron Chapter at Slippery Rock University in 1990, Stakeholder Stacy now serves as a proud member of Gamma Theta Omega Chapter, where she has been actively engaged for the past five years. She is the Chair of the Bling and Jeans event, a Precious Pearls mentor, and a member of the Magnificent March Hostess Group, embodying Alpha Kappa Alpha’s commitment to service and sisterhood.

Stakeholder Stacy’s passion for service extends beyond the Sorority. She has significantly impacted her community as a champion of senior literacy, teaching computer skills to empower seniors with the digital tools they need to thrive in today’s world. Her mentorship within Jack and Jill of America, where she chaired a cotillion, reflects her dedication to fostering leadership and social grace in the next generation.

Professionally, Stakeholder Stacy is the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Risk Strategies Company. With over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional, she specializes in performance management, talent development, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning. Previously, she served as Manager of Leadership and Professional Development at Raymond James, showcasing her ability to lead transformational initiatives and develop organizational success.
Family and Community Impact
Hailing from Polk County, Stakeholder Stacy is deeply rooted in family values. She is the proud mother of Zoe, a sophomore at UCF and a newly initiated Soror of Alpha Kappa Alpha, and the loving wife of Darrell Johnson, a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., celebrating 24 years of marriage.
